What to do if you need to make a claim on your motor vehicle insurance

  • Secure your car.car insurance claims
  • Report the loss or incident to the police when this is required by law or your policy.
  • Gather as much detail from the other party as possible.
  • Have your licence details readily available.
  • Call our claims team on 1300 30 16 18
If you are unable to contact the claims team, do what you can to prevent any further loss or damage to your vehicle including having it towed to the nearest place of safety.
