Currently drivers in Canberra are only able to choose NRMA car insurance for their CTP car insurance.

However, negotiations are underway which will finally allow drivers in Canberra to choose from more than one car insurance company for their CTP Insurance.

Drivers hope that this choice will assist in driving down CTP car insurance prices.
