Real Landlords Insurance
Tried to do a home & contents quote online. Said to call & advise quote number. Called & lady advised they can’t look up quotes? So why does it tell you to call with quote number??!! She put me through to someone else, he found quote but any questions asked he did not know, he amended the quote with jewellery items, I asked him to send to me so I could check, the email came with’car quote’ with no details on it. He said he didn’t know how to change it & couldn’t help me! Totally ridiculous. Two staff that couldn’t even help me with a quote. I have 2 investment properties & pet insurance through you & this makes me nervous to stay. Guy advised he would get someone to call me as I said I better talk to his manager but no one has. Not surprising. It was unbelievable really. Jody

service was not a service it took 6 calls to try and change the kilometres I would drive and a new policy had to be written .I was told that the old policy could not be opened and had to be referred to another department . this department finally sorted things out the policy was sent to me with errors ,these could not be sorted hence a new policy having to be drawn up , I have 2 car 1 house and content policy so was not happy with the service it was not all the fault of persons who took my calls,

The purchase process was horrible as described in the customer experience. I cannot offer feedback on the quality of the purchased product yet as I have not had to use my policy yet (and hopefully never need to).
I had to call up 3 separate times to the call center as I was not ready to purchase on the initial call, however each time I called they could not find the additional driver I asked to add onto the policy. They had to repeat this process over and over. Also, I received a quote with a link to buy it later, but the link took me to the website to start all over again and answer all questions again. I already had a firm quote with a premium provided. Why on earth would I need to start from scratch again on the website and fill out everything again. Keep in mind this all happened within about 2 hours so it is not like I left it for days and therefore they needed to quote again. So I called them back and guess what, they had to ask all the same questions again and repeat the entire script again. All the duty of disclosure etc again and again. The last call was just to add the current speedometer reading to be able to then buy now, but I had to answer all other questions again and once again add the additional driver. The operators were nice on the phone, but what a mess with the system.

- Savings between $0 to $220 derived from profiles based on Real Pay As You Drive customers, as of 1 March 2019. Actual savings are determined by your individual circumstances, including the kilometres selected, excess chosen and other risk factors. Minimum premiums may reduce savings.
If you are driving more, your agreed kilometres can be increased/extended during the policy period, an additional premium is payable. If your agreed kilometres are exceeded, an additional excess will be applied in the event of an accident.
