As above. I was informed that my account had been deleted and now I have been charged for 2 accounts
I am upset and hope someone can call me back. I cancelled a Home and Contents Insurance because I provide the incorrect dates. My Fault, but I did this over the phone with one of your service agents who said that they had cancelled my account. I then did a new cover on the via your website and thought all was good. On the 17th April, my new account direct debited the due money, no issue! On the 20th April, i was the charged again..... I logged in and found that i have 2 accounts for the same property. I would like someone to call me please.

Excellent phone consultation. He was patient and answered my queries. However, I noticed the next day (on TV and your website) that there is a $75 cash back offer for joining as well as a Free Will Kit. Maybe this could have been mentioned via phone or the intro/confirmation email once I joined.

- Savings between $0 to $220 derived from profiles based on Real Pay As You Drive customers, as of 1 March 2019. Actual savings are determined by your individual circumstances, including the kilometres selected, excess chosen and other risk factors. Minimum premiums may reduce savings.
If you are driving more, your agreed kilometres can be increased/extended during the policy period, an additional premium is payable. If your agreed kilometres are exceeded, an additional excess will be applied in the event of an accident.
