This race is one of the flattest, fastest and most scenic 10k road races in Australia, right in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The race is ideally positioned in the middle of the year to provide optimum running conditions and serve as the perfect goal race to keep you fit during the winter months.

Whether you’re looking for a serious personal best or a glorious morning run with lots of good company, our training programs will ensure you’re perfectly prepared to get the most out of yourself and the race.

Beginner

This training program is designed for those wishing to run 10k as part of an organised race or as their own challenge. It is suitable for those who can currently run/walk 5k in 40 minutes.

Intermediate

This training plan is designed for those who already completed a 10k race or longer and are looking to improve their goal time to between 45–60 minutes.
