The Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10K training program

Our official ten week training programs for the Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10k & 5k have been created by Runlab founder and one of Australia’s leading Marathoners, Vlad Shatrov.

With Vlad’s experience in training clients through his on ground Runlab program and his intimate knowledge of the Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10k & 5k courses, Vlad will get you fit and maximise your training potential in preparation for the Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10k & 5k!

There is a Real Insurance Sydney Harbour 10k ten week training program for all levels and abilities.

Beginner

This training program is designed for those wishing to run 10k as part of an organised race or as their own challenge. It is suitable for those who can currently run/walk 5k in 40 minutes.

Intermediate

This training plan is designed for those who already completed a 10k race or longer and are looking to improve their goal time to between 45–60 minutes.
