As above mentioned claim process has been a nightmare
Terrible service during my claim. Calls & emails not replied. Hours on hold to speak to someone. Didn’t like speaking to people in sth Africa. If your short on staff employ in Australia.

Please ring me But if an annual policy of $992 is due in June We buy a new car in march and policy is $1300 Then 2 weeks later $1100 is taking from account But no emails showing why and the difference
