Need to make a claim?

To submit a claim, update your personal details, check your remaining benefits and review your claims history, login to your member account.

If you have any questions about claiming:

  Monday to Friday: 8am - 8.30pm, AEST
  Saturday: 8am - 1pm, AEST

If you need to make a claim, simply take a photo of your receipt (make sure it’s not blurry and that all details can be read) and submit online via your member account. You’ll also be able to check the status of your claim.
