Assess

We review the damage and quotes, then approve repairs or replacements if the event is covered by the policy.

Repair

  • Home insurance: You can pay the excess to the builder or Hollard, or the claim may be settled with cash if repairs can’t proceed.
  • Contents insurance: The supplier arranges replacements; excess is paid to Hollard, the supplier or deducted from your settlement.

Complete
