We are concerned that this may cause some confusion for some of our customers who might have purchased roadside assistance from this company believing it is linked to Real Insurance. If you have any questions about the company from whom you have purchased Roadside Assistance, below are some simple steps you can follow to check who is providing the service:

• If you have purchased Real Roadside Assistance from Real Insurance, please double check your Car Insurance Certificate of Insurance found under the Optional Extras section.
• If you are unsure whether you have purchased Real Roadside Assistance from Real Insurance or another company and you would like to clarify this, please call us on 13 19 48.
