Roy Morgan Research last night revealed the winners of its 2nd annual Customer Satisfaction Awards at a gala dinner in Melbourne. Michele Levine, CEO of Roy Morgan Research, presented awards to the 37 businesses that Roy Morgan Research measured as having the highest customer satisfaction for 2012.
