Policy appears to be good value.
Initial phone contact was really helpful, explained everything clearly. However, as it was a joint policy I was advised I would receive a follow up call in three days time to confirm the policy - this call never happened which was disappointing. I phoned after 6 days & was told the policy & first payment had already started.

The customer service provider was well spoken. Provided information without hesitation but was a bit robotic but told me everything I needed to k ow in a short space of time which was great. Will ring Real Insurance again in the future

sent the wrong size even when marked then it cost me $64 to send it back for an exchange
