I think its high pressure sales. This is how it came cross. Also why do i keep dealing with foreigners especially indian, its hard to understand the English slur, and i am not racist on any level.

Took too long Would like to have seen premium quotes online rather than quoted online Muti policy discount with other premiums 10% refund after one year? Would be tempted to find another insurer after this is paid Unsure of requirements or processes to make a claim

The sales person on the phone pushed too hard to get my payment details. I need to discuss things with my partner after gathering all the information, practically forcing me to add rehabilitation insurance is disgusting. I was 99% going to sign up until the hard sell. Give people time to think about their decision to sign up. I sent an enquiry, I’m interested..the hard sell and 8 phone calls after the first (I was in meetings all day and could not answer) is just desperate. I am now 99% sure I will not go with real insurance, and will be sure to tell my partner who is already paying premiums to you to look else where. Loose the hard sell guys. It’s too much. Also your email states that I have signed up. I deffinately have not!
