Your staff falsified the information to create pet insurance for a dog which isn't in my care yet

Little bit more expensive than other place but a $0 excess and was won over by the sales lady and her helpfulness
The lady I spoke to was lovely and knowledgeable. It was nice to speak to someone that spoke 'english' but most of all knew her product and was able to answer all of my questions.
