Yhe cusyomet service wa vety good. I changef my commencement faye snd smount of covet srbetsl tomes × they werr veru undertanding that I also got 10% refund in the 1st year eith real on premiums paid. and they also increased my gift voucher to $100 instead of $75, to keep me from changing my Funeral Insurance to Australian Seniors Insurance. In summary they explained all the extra benefits I would have with them compared with other Funeral Insurance Companies.

It's the first time I have ever taken out any sort of insurance and I have to say the customer service person was excellent talked me through the process so I understood everything and made me feel comfortable didn't try to push products down my throat which made my experience with them great and will definitely be sending anyone I know there way
