I received my documents and I have been through them and they are well presented and clear. From other people I have spoken to who are locked into big premium funeral policies with other companies, I am very impressed with real insurance especially the fact that if you have paid more in premiums than the insured amount for your funeral your family/beneficiaries are paid any money over that amount - it is not kept by you. Thank you!
The lovely lady I spoke with was very helpful with what I was needing and what your company could provide, advising of cooling off period, explaining what was covered when and setting it up. Very happy with service!
