HOW CAN I RATE THIS SERVICE WHEN I HAVEN'T RECIEVED A COPY IN MY EMAIL LIKE I WAS TOLD IF THIS IS HOW YOU DO BISNESS I WILL CANCAL AND GO ELSE WHERE YOU HAVE TILL THE END OF MONDAY 4TH JUNE IF YOU WANT ME ON BOARD. OR I AM GOING ELSE WHERE.
I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY EMAIL AS I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THERE THAT DAY. IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY DO THERE BISNESS I WIL GO ELSE WHERE. I WILL GIVE THEM TILL THE END OF MONDAY 4TH JUNE

Would have preferred though not to have processed it before I was sure that I could afford it. It would have decreased the amount of inconvenience on both sides, on cancellation.

The product reflects what I was seeking.
The lady who assisted me obviously knew her product information although several times tried to override my requested amount of cover. Would probably suggest that others contact Real Insurance.

I like the idea of the serious accident inclusion.
Sophie knew what she was talking about and was very helpful and did not read too fast as some other companies have done. (Then they ask if I understand and agree with what they read when I was flat out keeping up with them!)
