A good experience overall - the consultant Parise was very thorough and pleasant to deal with and coverage and premium were competitive in the market. Only issue was the time required to complete quote and completion of the insurance policy etc not the fault of the consultant but the sheer length and breadth of compliance and legal requirements set down by the insurance companies today.

First person I spoke with didn’t seem to have a clue with what they were doing and was very confusing, so I hung up on her. I rang back and got a bloke who was constantly clearing his throat, which was a bit off putting. And I had to repeat myself on many occasions due to his constant throat clearing.
