I think there is a lot of 'give and take' in this policy choice. I'm paying $10 more but i will receive a $75 gift card and 10% cash back after 12 months. Plus there are other features like the eventual 5%reduction in premiums every 5 years. Once again very well and patiently explained by the customer service representative.
I thought the customer service representative was very helpful and knowledgeable with regards to the product-funeral insurance. She took time out to listen, to converse. There was no hint of 'pushiness' in her tone. I hope this person's efforts are rewarded.

Emily has been very helpful and the quote that she offered to us are affordable. Being in a pension and plus we still have mortgage, we can afford it.
