The product is a tad expensive.
My interaction with your consultant was friendly and helpful and gave me the information I wanted...unlike another two companies that I contacted whose consultants I could not understand and who were reading from a script and couldn't answer questions.

Premium doubles with no explanation - ridiculous!

My insurance premium for my house literally doubled from last year. Had the matter supposedly escalated and was supposed to get a call back. Instead got no call back and policy cancelled. I then called 2 further times for an explanation but was given no proper reasons - apparently my suburb is suddenly flood prone this year even though i live on a steep property about 25m above sealevel! its just a joke. very poor
