An absolute lovely women by the name of izzy was able to help out fast service great communicator understood my position and was able to help me out within minutes with a quote and signing me up. Policy explained very well and took time to answer my questions
Eventually got good help. The first customer service officer told me my question was too difficult. Second attempt I got out through to three different officers and finally I got very good help but it took three phone calls for something that I thought would occur often. I do have praise for the short wait time though. This is very encouraging to stay with Real
