Relatively easy transformation from an owner to a renter.
I find their system easy to use , my late brother's death was my introduction to Real. Though they are an unbrella company the funeral claim was well processed, i n 7 days, unlike my travel insurance to return to Australia to bury him... a 6 month nightmare.

Informative and great customer service. Advised of all discounts when I join up my policies and understanding our predicament while in lock down NSW and having a new home in Qld. Discussed all options on house being unoccupied for some of this time and a daughter being in our home for some of this delay. Very helpful information in regard to our home insurance.
