The only negative comment I have is that I was honest and said I had one puff of a friends cigarette in the last year and am classified as a smoker with a higher premium which I thought was ridiculous
The person I spoke with was efficient and helpful and knowledgeable and when he didn’t know an answer he found out and let me know. Great customer service.

Wasn't cheap as the the ads allude to
Seeing the ads on TV I was under the impression it would be quick and cheap, well it certainly wasn't with the barrage of questions that seemed to go on and on and then it wasn't cheap like they allude to on the TV. I have since found cheaper insurance through my super and will be cancelling the REAL Insurance policy.
