I very much like the indefinate life time cover as I come from a family of long-livers and your policy allows for my insurance to be paid out beyond 99 yrs. I also am impressed by the $10K funeral insurance which is cheaper than other companies I got quotes from

I called twice to advise my credit card has been compromised and wanted to make a payment and was told on both occasions someone will call me On the second call I was told my first call triggered that I wanted a quote and all I want yo found make a payment as it was due 12 Feb No one has called me !

I would have liked to have had the option to have a little less cover and pay a slightly smaller amount per month. I don't think i'm worth 100K :P lol
I am not sure if this is requesting feedback about the life insurance experience or the car insurance one- So I am answering based on my experience with the life insurance representative. I found the customer service rep to be excellent. He even tolerated my quirky sense of humour. (You kind of need a sense of humour to be handling the intimate medical details of perfect strangers really- just as you need one to be telling a perfect stranger about the likes of bowel and reproductive systems and so on. LOL )
