Did not continue with the process
I was disappointed how I was re asked questions after I volunteered information about a surgery that had not been indicated in any of the questions I was given but I felt it best to disclose. I was Offended by the approach which made me feel like the member thought I was of less intelligence because she emphasised "do you understand?"

Wasn't cheap as the the ads allude to
Seeing the ads on TV I was under the impression it would be quick and cheap, well it certainly wasn't with the barrage of questions that seemed to go on and on and then it wasn't cheap like they allude to on the TV. I have since found cheaper insurance through my super and will be cancelling the REAL Insurance policy.
