The agent who I spoke with was excellent, knowledgeable, professional, discreet, patient and it was she, not your company, product or price (which is a lot higher than the NRMA, who I was originally going to go with), who I made my decision on, to go with your company for both my partner and myself.

I had to cancel the policy due to the fact that I would be outside Australia for more than 183 days in a year - and despite my email requesting confirmation of the insurance cancellation and a refund in terms of your policy I have not heard back from the Company and so shall be forwarding a complaint to APRA
