I had to cancel the policy due to the fact that I would be outside Australia for more than 183 days in a year - and despite my email requesting confirmation of the insurance cancellation and a refund in terms of your policy I have not heard back from the Company and so shall be forwarding a complaint to APRA

The price was a little high as found another that was cheaper, but still decided to go with you as the consultant was friendly and helpful.
