i took out a new policy yesterday and everything went smooth until i asked a question about an existing policy i had taken out for my son. for personal reasons i had taken out a policy in my sons name which i paid for the reason i did it this way was because he had no money and if he died there would be no-one to pay for his funeral. once again for personal reasons i told real insurance that he wasn,t to know about this policy . now i am told that i cannot be the beneficiary of that policy unless he nominates me. this was not explained when i took out the policy with real insurance knowing the circumstances. so at this stage i am not very happy with real insurance and am considering canceling all my policies with them.
the service yesterday was ok. the service i received when i took out a previous policy was not honest and i was not given all the relevant information. not happy
