Real funeral insurance were professional and understanding to Mr William Obah while explaining how the insurance works. Plus intensively explaining the plan to a gentleman that had limited understanding of all the processes of the insurance.

I was abit shocked it was dearer then I thought it was going to be but at the end of the day it's for my children's safety after I pass
I personally thing the prices are just to expensive and the should have other kind of covers.

I loved that you could chose the amount of funeral cover you wanted. Excellent that your policy doesn't increase by much.
Joseph was very helpful, he explained everything to me and clarified a question that I had. He was friendly and kind. Excellent customer service and I would recommend him as a well informed staff member and professional and down to earth attitude which is a bonus!
