The No 1 reason for jumping from an Insurance Line Funeral Policy to a REAL Insurance Funeral Policy was the fact that the benefit paid out is the amount of cover taken) OR the amount that has already been paid in as premiums - what ever is greater.
A1 Customer Service - On my initial inquiry into changing my life insurance policy from Insurance Line to REAL insurance, I was looked after by a lovely young man by the name of Zane, Zane gave me very good information on the benefits of having a REAL funeral ins policy. Zane went to trouble of emailing me a quote, along with a follow up phone call the next day. Zane made sure that I completely understood the policy and he was very friendly and extremely helpful. Zane would be around 70% of the reason I did choose to swap insurance providers. Zane has a friendly 'can do' attitude and you should consider Zane a very valued member of your customer service team. Thanks Zane.
