The only issue I have with the policy is that the first 12 months is only covered for accidental death. A lot can happen in 12 months and no one can know if in the 12 months they are going to be diagnosed with a terminal disease or not, so in that respect I don't like the policy. I took this policy out in the hopes of taken the financial strain off my Sons but should God decide that I am to die of some terrible illness and it happens in the next 12 months, this policy was a waste of time.
Yagmur was very helpful and explained everything that I needed to know. It was nice to speak to a person who made me feel like I had known her for some time instead of a person who was indifferent.
