Its what I expected.
Immediately after accepting the cover I discovered that circumstances had changed so I asked for the policy to be cancelled. A few days later after a return e-mail advising that this request had been received I had a call from a person wasting my time purporting to need to stick to procedure and boring me with information that I already knew when I was busy. Clearly a ploy to save the sale but it backfired not only as I had good reason for cancelling but with this ploy I got my back up and will never deal with Real again. I live in a retirement village and will be letting my neighbours know of my experience with Real Insurance.

I can't really judge this yet, so hoping it will be a beneficial package for my husband and myself.
It's great to receive rewards for paying premiums, but it would be good to be able to go onto the website and see what the prices are, then phone or receive a call if interested.
