We changed from FREEDOM Funeral Insurance (policy held for 6 years) to REAL. A much better policy in spite of being more twice as expensive. We increased our cover from 8000 to 10000, we believe it is money well spent.

Emily has been very helpful and the quote that she offered to us are affordable. Being in a pension and plus we still have mortgage, we can afford it. She really did help us and I recommend this to everyone that Real Insurance are very good in telling us of what we need. The policy is value for money.
The service is good,the one thing that I do not like is that when a child reaches 21 and a new policy is required if it is updated on the 21st birthday the person is automatically removed it should happen the day after the birthday and a text message reminder should be sent

The purchase I got for my father was really reasonable and I’m so happy it’s a payment plan.
