Went thru all of the questions with the operator then receive a call making out I didn't answer some questions honestly. Operator proceeded to go thru the same questions that I had previously answered. I can only answer the questions in terms that my doctor had described a condition to me as - i'm not a doctor and don't appreciate someone reading a medical description out of a book making out i'm a liar.Thats when I'd had enough and cancelled the whole thing.

Within 15 minutes of purchasing a policy, I receive a call to sell me the same policy I purchased. It is aweful given I spent an hour sorting a long list of questions i had to answer. By the way the initial call went well and the caller did a good job hence I give poor otherwise it would have been bad.

The sales rep was very helpful when I failed to qualify for what I first applied for, by directing me to another product I didn't know of. Accidental death and permanent disability is better than having no cover at all. This comes with a 30 day cooling off period. Which gives me time to think if it suits my family or not.
The sales rep was very helpful, polite and understanding.
