The service was great but not the actual product I needed because of family cancer issues and diabetes. I have to make sure I die in an accident for my family to receive any benefit. I am not sure I am happy with that. I will have to look at other options to see whats out there.
I don't need to comment as excellent is all that is needed.

Matthew had excellent knowledge and was extremely helpful as I had a lot of questions.He was friendly and called back when he said he would. I felt informed and comfortable and didn't feel pressured.
