Their customer service has been pathetic, I'm in the process of canceling my account with them. I've spoke to 3 different people and got sent the run around, I would not recommend them to anyone I know or speak to about life insurance.

Can't complain we're a fit and healthy young family and it is just really good to know that everyone is covered in times when you can't even think straight due to circumstances. Peace of mind.
Really good service, a few months down the track I lost my job & was having difficulty making a payment. I was able to get the payment moved to another day that suited instead of closing insurance completely. I really appreciate the customer service person on that day to help answer questions and help with this request. They even suggested moving payments for me. Much appreciated.
