As mentioned in my initial comment, my conversation with the agent did not really help me understand the product.
The agent i spoke with was appeared to be not genuine with finding out what i needed. After the phone call i felt that the conversation i had with him was more concentrated on him having my bank account details and signing me up with real insurance rather than actually helping me understand the product. I was disappointed really because the ads in broadcasted in media gives an impression that the company would at least help me understand the product first before signing me up. I even reiterated twice during the phone conversation that i wanted to know details about thhle product but to no avail. I will be cancelling my account with this company and transfer somewhere else.
