I have decided not to proceed with Real Life Insurance with a new policy because when people go through hard times and payments don't get made on time like mine didn't after having my policy for eight years you @reallifeinsurance cancelled it. I did have some missed calls whether it was never any message or text message left. I work shiftwork and many hours. To try harder to get in touch was I need sickle and immoral. I have paid thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars to Real Life Insurance over the last eight years and I am disappointed hurt and disgusted at you cancelling my policy. I was told that my policy had cancelled four days when I rang up to pay the full amount Everything In advance if they could reinstate my policy. Real Life Insurance "You" Should be ashamed of yourselves to think that you can treat people like that when people like myself /they've been loyal to you as an insurance provider and never ever used it or Not paid... You actually shouldn't cut people off that quick not knowing their circumstances. I played it and baked for them / you at Real Life Insurance to reinstate my policy And you put me through to the support people who couldn't give a **** about myself or my husband or our circumstances and told us we just needed to reapply for new insurance! I am sorry, but after having this policy For over eight years that is unacceptable!!!!!! We should not have been told that we needed to redo our policy and that you couldn't reinstate it. I even said that I was happy to pay all outstanding plus my policy in advance but you couldn't do that. Very disappointing I will be going further with this and I do not wish to reign up. I think it should've been reinstated to be honest! Should never have been given this direction to just re-sign up and that our policy was not going to be reinstated after it had lapsed four days. It should've been looked at further and now circumstances should've been considered. Disgusting people like Real Life Insurance treat people like us pay their wages this way.

Terrible! i have never been frustrated in an insurance...

Please provide proper training to your staff on how to become an active listener to be able to understand customer's questions and therefore not repeating themselves into reading what's on the PDS. Not only it makes them sound like a robot but frustrate the customers and in turn not going ahead with the policy purchase! We were considering of moving our Life policy to Real due to considerable reduction in premium and better coverage, but, we had to go away as your customer service consultant, does not listen and does not understand the product that she is trying to sell! It should not be hard-selling at all, as when the customer calls your company, it is almost sold, and all you have to do is help your customers understand why they need to consider moving to Real!!! Be a real person, rather than, an insurance agent who is only after selling a policy to get the commission! That is not customer service! The 'Real' recipe for success is you must Listen Empathise Action and then Problem solved!!! Your consultant Angela, if anything, added more problems than solution! Please train your consultants to have better understanding of your PDS and if any questions are thrown at them, understand the question and offer solution! You DO NOT, at all means, argue with your customers! Your consultants are not medical experts, neither are your Product Underwriters! If you are to offer Life Insurance, hire real medical experts to assess medical issues/concerns, rather than telling customers information off a book or even Google! How can you even affirm that you strive to make your products simple and straightforward when your own consultants make it meaningless and mind-boggling for your customers! You have, not only wasted our time, but made us frustrated! Why did we even bother with the whole process! What a shame!

Terrible! I have never been frustrated in an insurance product until my husband decided to call your company as we were contemplating of moving our Life Policy. Even with the increased premium, due to medical condition (not life-threatening), we still wanted to move, until we spoke with Angela, and made it all confusing and frustrating! You do not ask your customer, the same question more than 3 times. I am pretty sure your consultants are able to use Notepad to note any important details! If you have made your customer frustrated once, Please for pete's sakes do not do it again and again! It makes me think that they are not receiving adequate training and if anything, concentrate on the policies that you can sell and let the customer figure our the other important details later on! Please, DO NOT, bother us again and make sure that all our personal details are deleted off your database. We are more than happy to keep our Life Policy with our current provider!!! Thank you.
