Worst company that I have ever dealt with, promised correspondence doesn't happen,I can't get them to talk to me whilst I'm alive,imagine what they'll be like after I'm dead,totally untrustworthy and totally unprofessional,would never contemplate dealing with them again,and intend telling all and far to steer well clear of them,dodgy practices!

I was rail roaded into giving my credit card details before I had even discussed the policy with my wife. I was told they needed my credit card details to hold the policy. I was then sent my new policy without consenting to the policy. This then required me to make a phone call and cancel the policy. Very very dodgy behaviour by the Agent trying to sell a Real Insurance Policy

There is one fundamental problem, I was told I would be covered straight away... RUBBISH, who would the benefit be paid to?? That question was never asked the policy will never be homered until the policy's paperwork is completed and returned, complete transparency is essential if selling such a sensitive product the policy holder needs to be 100% confident in your product, obviously they won't be around when the product is needed. I very much doubt I will maintain this policy, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
If a quote over the phone is going to take half an hour don't have your tv commercials insinuate it will only take five minutes, its very misleading, busy people need to know it will take that long, I almost hung up the phone.
