I was rail roaded into giving my credit card details before I had even discussed the policy with my wife. I was told they needed my credit card details to hold the policy. I was then sent my new policy without consenting to the policy. This then required me to make a phone call and cancel the policy. Very very dodgy behaviour by the Agent trying to sell a Real Insurance Policy

Whilst I am yet to receive the full PDS, however I was able to access that the policy was suitable to my needs over the phone.
The service given was great, was delivered in a very easy to understand manner.
