This was the first time in my life that I took out a life insurance policy, and I honestly had very little knowledge about how it works. Jamie Shami made the entire process so easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain every detail of the policy clearly and patiently, making sure I understood everything before moving forward. Thank you for such an easy application. The team member was polite, and lovely to speak with, and helped me to decide to purchase the cover. Everything was explained in plain english, the questions were easy to answer, and I had my email within a few hours/next day, also will receive a copy of everything we spoke about on the ph, via post as well. Very happy.
It was a bit daunting at first, but the team member was lovely to speak with, I did ask for a call back, which he did, and at the time I requested. The team member knew what he was talking/explaining the Insurance, I was quite happy with the outcome.
