It's not really fair that because I had hepatitis in my past quite awhile ago that I'm not eligible for full life insurance. I have no liver damage I contracted it by means that were not my fault and my body fought it off extremely fast, you don't even ask details about the how when and why, that's disappointing that you treat ppl that way.
Customer service operator was excellent and so helpful but very disappointed that even though I took out a plan I wasn't eligible for the gift card where other insurer's I would've been
