I didn’t have all the information I needed and the lady was very patient with me saying she would call back and she did! Twice as I still didn’t have all I needed and she still rang back, that never usually happens so thanks

I rated them 5 stars because its value for money and more benefits was added but there is one thing that I didnt get which is the $100 bonus gift card when you sign in or get covered which they advertise in the website. But overall everything was excellent.
Customer representative was so polite and was able to discuss and explain in details about the life insurance. It was so quick and easy. And was able to give options that suits my needs and budget
