The operator Jerome was friendly, helpful and very professional. He sought assistance where need be but unfortunately was given incorrect information from two different managers. He was quick to rectify and apologise for any misunderstanding and I was happy to continue with my purchase of insurance because he was easy to deal with. He should be highly commended for how he handled the situation and I would recommend Jerome to any of my family/friends who are looking to take out a policy. Well done Jerome, love your work!! Would be happy to deal with operators like you again :)

Staff/ James was very helpful and I was keen to purchase the product, how ever I will probably not due to the 75 % loading required, just because my job may or may not ever send me out off shore again for a day / week or two once a year. I'll probably go to your competition whom will offer an exclusion to that activity, where your under writers wont

12 yrs ago I had breast cancer this company won’t insure me because of that. I’m fit and extremely healthy but cancer is a dirty word, too bad I don’t need you
The person I spoke to (DJ) was awsome! The decision not to insure me came from some halfwit underwriter as I HAD breast cancer 12years ago, a slap in the face would’ve hurt less
