The price was a little high as found another that was cheaper, but still decided to go with you as the consultant was friendly and helpful.
The lady was very helpful, friendly and very easy to talk to. No rushing through anything, and explained things when I asked questions.

the customer service person I spoke to was lovely, I felt like I was getting personal service, and I did not feel like I was speaking to someone who was reading a script, I would be happy to recommend REAL insurance just based on the customer service
