waiting on phones takes for ever! many times I tried and kept the phone. Mail sent was wrongly addressed. Unit16/62 was written as Unit1662. So mail was reached very very late. Phone Staff Jessica and her supervisor gave rude replies about mail not received. She refused to send info by email. It was another staff who sent email otherwise I would not have had any info. So far he is the only good staff. I am frequent traveler. You have to send emails other wise I will not receive your info and will not be able to reply
