Underwriters declined due to no follow up test on a medical investigation that come back negative therefore no follow up required even though I told the consultant I would be happy to have a follow up test, this apparently was not passed on then spoke with a manager that said if I had a test within 30 days it would be review ummm didn't I offer to do this, who is not listening
