“buy before you look” is not cool.

I’m sure it’s a great product, but I prefer to not get tricked into buying before I can get the actual price. I know there is a cooling period of 30 days, but that is just to make it more difficult to cancel. I sent an email to cancel, and I’m “waiting” for my call from customer service where they will probably try to convince me otherwise. Again, I don’t like to be tricked or bullied.
It would be amazing to not get tricked into buying the insurance to be able to get a quote. This is one of the big reasons why I have cancelled the insurance.

Always room for improvement and there was excessive disclaimers etc to be read out. Perhaps an online form?
Service was good, however the gentleman spoke very rapidly.
