Cost of policy was compatible with other quotes but your sales person was so helpful and spoke in a language I could clearly understand a pleasant change from other companies around

I bought the life insurance through the phone. However the sale representative made mistake in picking up my address in the system. Lucky I had time to check my email and found out the mistake. However I needed to waste time to call and fix the problem.
