As per previous comment Very unhappy having to give bank details when all i wanted was a quote
I only wanted a quote but was forced to leave bank details. Was not happy with that approach.

Great value for money I had cancelled my MLC insurance cover because it was $2500. This was too much for me to afford. Real had a realistic price.
I dealt with a customer service rep named Laura. She did a great job of explaining the policy to me and was friendly and very polite. She is how all customer service operators should treat their customers.
