OK but could always be cheaper, Should discount existing customers, New customers should not get cheaper cover than loyal existing customers

Disappointing that I have to cancel existing policy and take out a new one to get it cheaper should be rewarding existing customers allow staff to offer same price over the phone

I was rail roaded into giving my credit card details before I had even discussed the policy with my wife. I was told they needed my credit card details to hold the policy. I was then sent my new policy without consenting to the policy. This then required me to make a phone call and cancel the policy. Very very dodgy behaviour by the Agent trying to sell a Real Insurance Policy
