Your sales person was very sneaky, wasted my time giving me a price and insinuated that was the monthly fee until right at the end where he proceeded to tell me it was the fortnightly fee. I find that was deceitful and would not trust a company that can't be up front with the fundamentals.

Too expensive compared to other companies
Too pushy, have to actually sign up to even get a quote. Took three times as long to get the quote as other insurance companies and twice the price.

I'm a bloke that has never thought about insurance of any kind except for my cars and home............. for a lady that answered the phone in such a welcoming voice I was sold pretty much in the first few minutes, from her sense of humour to her professionalism in the business that she works for. thanks for making it very easy to cover myself in terms of life insurance
