I only got a smaller cover for myself as I mostly wanted to give both my sons (10 n 2) life insurance as a protective barrier in case to unfortunate should happen to either of them.
The man I spoke to spoke clearly and when Iasked him to really break the cover down to easily explain it to me as I have an Acquired Brain Injury and he did so. He made sure what was covered and what was not. He thoroughly explained the cover and helped me to insure both my two sons (10 n 2) for athenlowest price. He was very polite and spoke very clearly while he did not sound as if he was getting distracted during my call. Wonderful service.

Whilst it’s great to have life insurance for peace of mind it was a little bit concerning to me that I was offered a 20 year only policy and I’m only 43. I don’t expect to only live until 63 and then, at 63 - I’ve paid increasing premiums for 20 years to be able to “apply for a new policy then”. That’s a lot of money to tuck away and then apply when you’re mid 60’s I’d expect the premiums would be exorbitant and the criteria would be quite different then too. I like the peace of mind but the limited amount of cover and the limited timeframe made me feel a little worthless and ailing. I’m not.
The lady I spoke to was fabulous and answered all of my questions. I was unable to call back due to phone issues at real insurance but she did phone me back which was fantastic.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jagma :-) I hope I spelt her name correctly. What a lovely girl! I asked if she could call back at another time, and she called me back as agreed. She knew the product and was efficient, lovely and polite.
