Alfred was exceptional in answering all my Questions and informing me off everything in the policy, was even able to speak, lovly phone manner even after 2 calls back to him to speak about policy.Compared to other insurers, fully explained everything, if i didnt understand or asked several questions, they simplified it and made it easy to understand,Excellent service and cant go wrong with the policy,will be recommending to family and friends.
