I was going to cancel when i realised i was allready covered for funeral ins by my union, but after speaking to the lovely lady on the cancelation desk i was convinced by her to keep my policy and it is the best deal ive got from an ins company for a long time. cheers Gfro.

I had already researched funeral insurance (from "Real" and its competitors). I selected "Real" because of their premiums, incentives and reputation. Unfortunately I had to listen to a long-winded, and often tedious, repeat of things I already l knew. Maybe "Real" could consider a cut-down version of their operators "spiel" for those of us that had already carefully researched BEFORE contacting "Real".

After discussion re Funeral Cover we have decided not to proceed with being a customer of Real Insurance. This does not mean that we have some aversion to dealing with Real Insurance. It is because we have decided that we will cover Funeral Costs out with our own finances. Please cancel our application. We are still within our " cooling off" period. Thankyou for your time.
