AFTER A RATHER NASTY EXPERIENCE WITH WESTPAC INSURANCE I RANG REAL TO SEE WHAT YOU HAD TO OFFER. I SPOKE TO MYRNA WHO I FOUND TO BE ARTICULATE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE WITH A GOOD GRASP OF THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE. THE ALTERNATIVE POLICY WHICH SHE GAVE ME WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. I HAVE NOT READ THE POLICY YET AS I AM WAITING FOR THE WRITTEN COPY TO COME BUT I'M SURE IT WILL BE A GOOD AS PROMISED. I ALREADY HAVE FUNERAL COVER FOR BOTH MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND WITH YOU WHICH GIVES US PEACE OF MIND. I TOOK OUT A FUNERAL COVER ON MY SON-IN-LAW 8 YEARS AGO WHEN HE MOVED INTO A NEW HOUSE AND I KNEW HE HAD NO INSURANCE - HE WAS OFFENDED AT THE TIME BUT WHEN HE DEVELOPED CANCER SEVERAL YEARS LATER IT WAS THE ONLY WAY WE COULD COVER THE PROBLEMS WHICH AROSE. THE WAY THAT REAL INSURANCE HELPED US IN THIS SITUATION WAS WHAT DECIDED ME TO COME TO THEM AGAIN. REAL CONVINCED ME THAT THEY ONLY WANTED TO HELP AND THAT THE COMPANY WAS NOT JUST A MONEY GRABBING BUSINESS LIKE MOST OTHER INSURANCE COMPANIES.

I am concerned at the moment that l can afford this amount I am on a pension my sister has brought me a trip to china with her and I am supporting my daughter who is a single mum with my 2 beautiful granddaughters but at the end of October when I get back from china.
