I was very pleased with their caring and concern for the needs and finances of me and not pushing me into what i dont need and cannot afford as many businesses do. They were very friendly.

Very professional, friendly and helpful. Most of all not pushy in trying to just sign you up immediately without caring for the persons needs and finances.

Although the sales person was polite and friendly, it was difficult to cancel the policy, even though I was told that I had a cooling-off period.
