We are happy with the product - just not the fact we couldnt increase our previous policies.
We are already Real Customers, having purchased funeral insurance 3 years ago. It is disappointing to find whilst we wanted to increase our level of policy amounts, we were unable to do this and instead had to take out an additional policy to do this. This is not impressive.
